Save Mart participates in interest-based advertising. In doing so, we use third-party advertising companies to display ads tailored to your individual interests based on how you browse and shop online. We allow third-party companies to collect certain information when you visit the Site. This information is used to serve ads for our products or services or for the products or services of other companies when you visit this Site or other websites. Please be sure to include your full name, loyalty card number or phone number used to identify your account when you checkout, the types of communications you would like to receive or not receive, and all relevant contact information in any communication you send to us. Please allow a reasonable time for your preferences to be processed. It may take up to 60 days to process your requests related to email and up to eight weeks to process other requests.

Our mobile applications and services may also collect precise information about the location of your device through your device before our mobile applications and services obtain such location information from technologies like GPS, Wi-Fi, or cell tower proximity (or a combination of these technologies). Save Mart and our service providers may use and store this information, in combination with other location-based information such as IP address and billing or postal code provided by you at time of your mobile application registration, to provide enhanced location based services, such as store specific services, search results, and other content.
Users of our mobile applications and services may use the following mechanisms to opt-out of the collection and use of your precise location information:
- You can stop all collection of information by our mobile applications by uninstalling the mobile application. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. If you uninstall a mobile application from your device, the Save Mart unique identifier associated with your device may continue to be stored. If you re-install the application on the same device, Save Mart will be able to re-associate this identifier to your previous transactions.
- You may at any time opt-out from further allowing us to have access to your location data by adjusting the permissions on your mobile device.
International:
This Site is controlled and operated by us from the United States and is not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of the United States.
